Does ALL TYPE provide a dictation system?
Yes! If you don't have your own, you can use ours. We continually invest in state-of-the-art technology so that you don’t have to. That means— no hardware or software investment and no maintenance contracts to buy.

Are you HIPAA compliant?
We use HIPAA approved data storage and file transfer protocols. All work is securely encrypted for confidentiality. Our comprehensive procedures maintain the patient information chain of trust.

How do you handle document distribution?
We have software available or we’ll interface with your platform. Documents can be delivered to your department continuously, or via a set schedule, or on demand 24/7. With our software, document copies can be printed to multiple locations and in the specific order you need. Autofax is also available.

Do you have tracking and management reports available?
Dictation, transcription and document distribution can be readily and securely tracked. Turnaround-time and dictation totals are easily obtained. Our system provides a complete audit trail and management reporting. Billing mechanism, including line definition, is fully-disclosed and verifiable. An account manager is always readily accessable to answer any questions you may have.
